个人简历


2002年获浙江大学学士学位;2006年获香港城市大学博士学位;2005-2006年任日本千叶大学上野实验室访问学者;2006-2007年任香港城市大学超金刚石与先进薄膜研究中心高级研究助理;2007-2008年任日本三菱电机株式会社功率元器件制造所功率元器件芯片设计工程师;2008年加入苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院,被聘为教授、博士生导师。在Adv. Mater., Adv. Energy Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., ACS Nano等期刊发表SCI论文170余篇,论文他引4000余次,申请发明专利20余项(授权7项),撰写英文专著2部(章)。主持和参与973计划、国家科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点基金、江苏省自然基金重点项目等国家级/省部级项目等10余项。作为首席科学家承担科技部青年973计划项目,入选国家级重点人才计划、国家基金委“优秀青年科学基金”、科技部创新人才推进计划中青年科技创新领军人才、江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”第二层次、江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才培养对象。获江苏省科学技术一等奖(排名第1),教育部 “高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖”自然科学二等奖1项(排名第1),江苏省青年科技奖。
