1982.1毕业于江西大学(现为南昌大学)物理系,获理学学士学位\r
1982.1-1993.9先后任江西大学物理系助教、讲师、副教授(其间于1989.6-1990.9,在美国California State University,Northridge进修访问)\r
1988.6、1996.5先后获南京大学理学硕士学位和理学博士学位\r
1996.3-1997.12,在复旦大学物理系和应用表面物理国家重点实验室从事博士后研究。随后留任副教授(其间于1998.12-2000.6,任香港城市大学超金刚石及先进薄膜研究中心特邀研究员)\r
2000.12-2009.3,任美国柯达公司研发部研究员,从事有机半导体器件和材料研究\r
2009.3回国全职加盟苏州大学,任苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院教授、博士生导师\r
曾任苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院副院长(2009.3-2016.9)\r
现兼任江苏省产业技术研究院有机光电技术研究所执行所长

(1)有机半导体器件:注重研究高效率长寿命有机固态照明器件和有机发光显示器件、有机太阳能电池、微纳阵列器件、能量存储器件等\r
(2)有机半导体物理:利用半导体测试方法以及表面/界面分析手段研究有机半导体器件和材料的载流子注入、传输、复合、界面缺陷、电荷积累、能级匹配等,力求为有机半导体器件性能的改善和材料的设计提供重要依据\r
(3)有机半导体材料:重点围绕有机半导体光电子器件的研究,设计并合成新型有机半导体光电子材料,力求不断提高有机半导体光电子器件的工作性能"
