2015年获佐治亚州立大学计算机博士学位；2017年被深圳大学聘为讲师。研究方向主要包括：1）临床信息学：设计机器学习算法，对生物及医疗大数据进行筛选、学习、分析、和预测。在纽约州立大学生物医学信息学系任职期间，参与了纽约州医疗效率和支付系统改革项目，构建分析和预测模型，为医院、保险公司、及监管机构其提供决策支持。2）分子生物信息学及药物筛选：采用高分辨率三维蛋白晶体结构学和机器学习的方法，对HIV蛋白酶突变引发的抗药性进行了分析和预测。在国际期刊和会议上发表超过 20 篇文章，包括BMC Bioinformatics，BMC Gemonics，Journal of Biochemistry等。
