通过多步有机化学反应合成多臂配体,用于构筑结构新颖的配位超分子\r
利用配位驱动自组装方法构筑结构新颖、复杂程度高的超分子化合物是超分子化学的重要研究目标之一,其成功实施有利于在分子尺度上精确地构筑新型功能材料。如何通过可控的组装高效地、精准地构筑结构稳定的超分子,如何利用先进的表征手段对其结构进行有效表征是超分子基础研究领域的主要挑战。本课题通过多步的有机合成高效制备多臂配体,基于多重配位键自组装策略以及创新的合成方法(例如配体合成-自组装一锅法),构筑更多结构新颖、复杂程度高的配位超分子化合物。结合多维度质谱、核磁和扫描隧道显微镜表征,我们得以从多维度掌握超分子的结构信息。\r

配位超分子在基底和溶液中的分级自组装行为及其应用研究\r
生物大分子(包括蛋白质、核酸、糖类等)丰富的分级自组装行为是生命功能化简为繁的重要基础,利用类似的物理化学原理,精准控制配位超分子进行分级自组装能提升超分子结构和功能上的维度,最终实现其在能源、催化、医药等领域的重要应用。该课题以配位超分子在基底和溶液中的分级自组装行为研究为起点,利用AFM/STM/TEM等成像手段深入了解其机理,并逐步开展分级组装体作为纳米导线、纳米反应器、跨(细胞膜)离子传输通道等方面的应用。 \r

配位超分子在生物、医药领域的应用研究\r
前期合成的同轴环状超分子对革兰氏阳性细菌具有高选择性抑制效果,抗菌机理研究显示携带正电荷的刚性二维超分子选择性地聚集在带负电荷的MRSA表面,在细胞膜上有序堆积形成跨膜离子通道
