个人简历

深圳大学建设管理与房地产系副教授，深圳市海外高层次人才-孔雀计划C类，南山区领航人才。曾于深圳市城市规划设计研究院（2007-2009）、香港大学城市规划与设计系（2014-2015）从事城市规划及研究工作。 研究领域为城市化及城市更新背景下的土地开发与利用，以城市地理学、土地经济学以及城市规划学等学科的相关成果为理论视角，以GIS空间分析、计量经济学和定性案例分析为主要研究方法，探索土地开发利用的影响机制与优化策略。研究成果发表于《Urban Studies》、《Land Use Policy》、《Habitat International》等国际顶级期刊与知名期刊，第一作者论文曾被入选为ESI高被引论文。多次参与研究领域国内外高水平国际学术会议，并做专题报告与发言。担任《Urban Studies》、《International Journal of Urban and Regional Research》、《Urban Geography》、《Land Use Policy》、《Cities》、《Journal of Urban Affairs》、《Habitat International》、《Journal of Urban Technology》、《Journal of Cleaner Production》、《Sustainability》等多本国际顶级及知名期刊的论文评审专家。每年3个招生名额

研究领域
