个人简历
杜宇慧教授近十年来一直从事人工智能、医学图像处理、大数据分析领域的科研工作,在计算机、信息、医学等学科交叉前沿的脑影像分析领域取得很好的成就,在国内国际上有良好的学术声誉。她2013年1月在中国科学院自动化研究所获博士学位(模式识别与智能系统专业),2013年5月至2018年8月在美国TheMindResearchNetwork脑影像研究所的VinceDCalhoun教授组里工作,先后任职博士后和PI(PrincipalInvestigator)研究员。至今,杜宇慧教授在《NeuroImage》、《HumanBrainMapping》、《NatureCommunications》等著名杂志发表论文约60篇,其中SCI收录英文文章33篇,SCI论文的影响因子总和约为176。以第一作者或通讯作者发表25篇,其中一区或top期刊文章5篇,二区以上文章10篇。杜宇慧教授以第一作者在2016年发表的一篇论文为ESI“高被引论文”(引用率位于前1%),且入选研究前沿(ResearchFront)论文。目前,谷歌学术显示:杜宇慧教授的论文总引用率为1039,h指数为17,i10指数为28。杜宇慧教授主持和参与多项国家自然科学基金项目,曾参与美国国家国立卫生研究院项目、美国国家科学基金项目、美国生物医学研究卓越项目等项目。杜宇慧教授开发的“组信息指导独立成分分析”(GIG-ICA)脑影像分析方法已被集成到国际上广泛使用的脑影像分析软件GroupICAToolbox(GIFT)中(http://mialab.mrn.org/software/#gica),为该软件组独立成分分析的三大算法之一,而且该方法获得专利和软件著作权。杜宇慧教授两次获得脑影像领域最顶级组织--国际人类脑图谱/脑成像学会(OHBM)颁发的“TraineeAbstractTravelAwards”这一重要奖项。杜宇慧教授是约30种国际著名杂志和会议的特邀审稿人,作为审稿人审理的刊物包括NatureCommunications(SCI影像因子约为12)、TheAmericanJournalofPsychiatry(SCI影响因子约为14)、SchizophreniaBulletin(SCI影响因子约为8)、Neuroimage(神经成像期刊类排名第一)、HumanBrainMapping、IEEETransactionsonNeuralNetworksandLearningSystem、IEEETransactionsonBiomedicalEngineering等。杜宇慧教授是Frontiers杂志的SpecialIssue“IdentifyingNeuroimaging-BasedMarkersforDistinguishingBrainDisorders”的组织者和编辑。杜宇慧在TheMindResearchNetwork研究所工作期间带领NeuroMark团队下的博士后和博士生从事科研工作。杜宇慧与TheMindResearchNetwork、耶鲁大学、德州大学西南医学中心、哈佛大学、中国科学院等国际知名单位合作,进行精神疾病的医学影像标志探索研究。研究领域
