杨德正,石河子大学理学院院长(援疆),石河子大学“绿洲学者”特聘教授,国家重点研发计划“大气污染成因及控制技术”重点专项项目负责人,中国电工技术学会青年工作委员会委员、中国电工技术学会等离子体及应用专委会委员,国家科技专家库在库专家,教育部“长江学者”评审专家。主要研究方向:痕量持久性有机物和重金属污染物检测技术研究、工业挥发性有机物、恶臭类气体排放控制技术、大气压非平衡等离子体技术与诊断等。目前,承担以项目负责人身份承担国家重点研发计划项目等国家级项目3项,兵团重点领域科技攻关计划项目1项,其它各类项目十余项,并在国际SCI期刊发表SCI论文60余篇。研究领域
