镇斌，男，1980年生，湖北天门人。
2009年9月同济大学动力学与控制专业获博士学位；
2009.11-2011.11武汉理工大学土木工程与建筑学院博士后；
2010.04-2010.07香港城市大学电子工程系senior research assistant；2011.04-2012.05香港理工大学纺织与制衣系research assistant；
2011.12-2014.10三峡大学水利与环境学院力学系讲师、副教授；2014.11至今上海理工大学环境与建筑学院土木系副教授。科研项目情况：主持中国博士后基金面上项目“人致人行桥侧向振动研究（2010048888）”2010.8-2011.11（已结题）；
主持中国自然科学基金青年基金项目“研究一类复杂网络同步的新方法（11002103）”2011.01-2013.12（已结题）；
主持中国自然科学基金面上项目“网络时滞动力学观点下人行桥过度侧向振动新机制（11472160）”2015.01-2018.12。
