殷树博士于2006年获得武汉理工大学通信工程学士学位，2008年获得武汉理工大学信号与信息处理硕士学位，2012年获得美国奥本大学计算机科学博士学位，同年加入湖南大学任助理教授，2014年于国防科技大学HPCL交叉中心从事在职博士后工作，2015年获得国家自然科学基金青年项目资助，同年晋升为副教授。2016年全职加入上海科技大学信息科学与技术学院，担任tenure-track助理教授、研究员
