个人简历
2009年毕业于德国波恩大学(BonnUniversity),获得凝聚态理论物理专业博士学位(导师:Prof.HartmutMonien);后在德国Wuerzburg大学担任WernerHanke教授的博士后研究助理,指导博士生两名。后与GiorgioSangiovanni教授共同担任德国国家重点研究项目SFB1170ToCoTronics中的co-PI。2015年起在维也纳技术大学KarstenHeld教授课题组中担任subgroupleader,指导博士生两名。于2017年1月起全职在上科大担任助理教授,独立研究员(PI)。李刚博士近年的研究工作主要发表在NatureCommunications,Phys.Rev.Lett.,ScientificReport,Phys.Rev.B等SCI期刊上,部分工作被综合媒体报道,并被同行验证研究领域
新奇量子材料—理论与模拟课题组主要研究由电子、自旋、自旋-轨道耦合及多粒子集体激发行为所导致的新奇量子现象。通过理论计算与模拟,我们希望能够找到复杂现象背后简单而深邃的物理机制,进而从理论上预言更多、性能更加优异的量子材料,同时为更有效的理解实验上观察到的物理现象提供有力的理论支持"课题组的主要研究方向包括:1.电子强关联效应导致的自发对称破缺、金属-绝缘体相变、非传统磁性等物理现象和材料;由电子库仑相互作用引发的金属-绝缘体相变是凝聚态物理学中的一个重要概念。课题组结合第一性原理和动力学平均场(包括动力学平均场的多种非局域扩展方法)重点研究强关联材料的电子和磁性性质。欢迎对电子强关联材料理论研究感兴趣的同学报考课题组。2.由自旋-轨道耦合,对称性保护导致的非平庸能带兼并和反转,以及由此产生的拓扑绝缘体,Dirac和Weyl半金属等新型量子材料。量子拓扑材料是超越传统金属-绝缘体分类的一种新的物质状态。这一类材料的体态有和绝缘体类似的性质,电子的费米面位于导带和价带中间。但在它们的表面/边界上存在特殊的量子态,允许电子通过这些态穿过费米面。量子拓扑材料的研究是物理学近年来的重要科学前沿之一。课题组结合第一性原理计算方法和能带拓扑分析,以预言新材料和解释实验为主要研究目标,近年来在研究二维宽禁带量子霍尔效应绝缘体,三维拓扑绝缘体和Dirac半金属上取得了一系列成果。欢迎对拓扑量子态和第一性原理计算感兴趣的同学报考课题组。3.量子多体理论的研究与扩展。准确描述电子强关联材料是凝聚态理论物理的一个难点,发展高效准确的量子多体方法一直是凝聚态理论领域中的研究热点。课题组在多个不同的量子多体方法上均有深入研究,利用费曼图微扰展开发展出了一套能够同时描述电子局域相互作用和非局域涨落的理论方法。目前课题组已经开发的量子多体程序库中包括:动力学平均场(DMFT),动力学团簇方法(dynamicalclusterapproach)近期论文
