副研究员, 硕士生导师,上海交通大学理学博士,美国加利福尼亚大学圣迭戈分校(UCSan Diego)医学院访问学者。2008年起在力学生物学研究所任职;作为项目责任人主持2项国家自然科学基金和1项医工交叉项目,2次获晨星学者奖励;参与2项国家自然科学基金面上项目和1项重点项目的研究。 共发表第一作者SCI论文7篇,通讯作者SCI论文2篇,共同作者SCI论文10篇,第一作者或通讯作者中文核心期刊论文4篇,论文总引用次数390余次。参与撰写两本学术专著。研究领域
从事血管力学生物学研究,着眼于力学环境对心血管系统的作用,从基因-蛋白-细胞-器官等不同层次,阐明力学因素如何产生生物学效应从而导致血管重建;研究力学刺激对血管细胞内信号转导通路和细胞功能的作用,探讨内皮祖细胞这一血管干细胞在血管损伤修复过程中的力学机制。这些研究为从生物力学的角度,揭示正常血液循环、血管稳态维持的分子机制,为寻求防治心血管疾病的新途径奠定力学生物学基础。近期论文
