个人简历


2014年在美国德克萨斯州大学西南医学中心(University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center)获得博士学位。2014年-2017年在美国麻省理工学院(Massachusetts Institute of Technology)从事博士后研究工作。2017受聘于四川大学生物治疗国家重点实验室,任研究员、心脏干细胞实验室(cardiac stem cell)主任。

研究领域


通过小鼠、人胚胎干细胞及诱导多功能干细胞体外定向分化为心脏谱系细胞的实验体系和小鼠体内遗传谱系示踪实验体系,发掘调控心脏发育的新作用因子及分子调控通路。在心脏发育过程中,生心祖细胞在各种细胞因子、诱导信号及核心转录因子的精确调控下,最终分化为组成心脏的各种类型细胞。
