1) 肿瘤免疫治疗分子机理与应用开发。包括免疫治疗新靶点的发现,新型抗体的研发,利用CRISPR等技术进行基因工程细胞(如T细胞)的遗传改造与抗肿瘤研发,肿瘤疫苗的抗肿瘤机理与新型疫苗的研发。2)中枢神经系统恶性肿瘤的发生分子机理与治疗。3) 细胞增生,分化,衰老,死亡等的基本生物学分子机制研究。近期论文
