2013-至今四川大学 生物治疗国家重点实验室 副研究员 2006-2012 哈佛大学医学院 Dana-Farber癌症研究所 博士后 2001-2006 北京大学 生命科学学院 博士 1997-2001 北京大学 生命科学学院本科 2013年回国建立实验室以来,已在Nature, Science Advances, Nature Communications等杂志发表SCI论文15篇。受邀为Cell Research, BMC Genomics, Scientific Reports, Signal Transduct Target Ther.等杂志审稿。研究领域
1、运用X-光晶体学以及其它实验方法研究生物大分子的结构与功能的关系,重点研究参与细胞信号转导的蛋白质分子,尤其是神经发育相关的细胞表面受体。一个长远目标是阐明生物信号跨膜传递的分子机制。 2、研究人类重大疾病的发病机制。基于结构的合理化药物设计,阐明药物的作用机制。近期论文
