"我们实验室是一个结构生物学、基因组学、人工智能和大数据分析等多学科交叉实验室。我们主要的研究兴趣是发展高通量实验新技术,结合机器学习等计算方法,应用于新兴的结构系统生物学研究。其中包括RNA结构测序技术及算法、单细胞基因组结构测序技术及算法、蛋白质结构建模、大分子相互作用网络等。我们还感兴趣结合结构和网络,深入研究复杂疾病(如癌症)和RNA病毒传染性疾病的传播机制,在此基础上发展可能的诊断、预后及治疗手段。"近期论文
