• 颗粒表面包膜和修饰\r
\r
对颗粒表面进行无机包膜,改善颗粒表面特性,提高颗粒的功能性、耐候性、分散性、亲和性等。对颗粒表面进行有机修饰,赋予颗粒特殊的性能,通过颗粒表面反应,实现颗粒表面修饰,发挥颗粒的优良性能。研究包覆方法、过程规律、反应器设计和工程放大等,如超临界流体技术、液相和气相包覆技术、过程强化撞击流技术。研究体系有颜料颗粒、荧光颗粒、磁性颗粒、药物颗粒等。\r

• 造粒和包膜缓控释\r
\r
化工产品和中间体熔融液的造粒成型过程,制备固态球形颗粒,提高产品性能,优化造粒方法。通过设计颗粒结构,对颗粒进行包膜,实现颗粒组分经膜层结构的控制释放,形成先进的造粒和包膜缓控释技术。研究造粒方法、工艺设计、过程优化、反应器和工程放大,如转鼓流化床造粒技术、熔融液球形造粒技术。研究体系有尿素、复合肥、石蜡、硫磺、橡胶助剂等。\r

• 功能性颗粒制备\r
\r
制备功能性颗粒和复合颗粒,控制颗粒的颜色、粒径、表面、形貌等,提高颗粒的应用性能。研究制备方法、过程规律、工艺优化、工业放大。研究体系有打印机和复印机墨粉、电泳显示微胶囊等。\r

• 颗粒流态化\r
\r
研究颗粒流动特性和能量传递规律,在反应、冷却、干燥、包覆、造粒等过程中,颗粒流动、混合和反应等基本规律。研究基础有振动流化床的流动特性、能量传递特性和振动流化床的造粒、输送等。""
