研究领域


主要研究方向包括干细胞生物学,肿瘤生物学及新型纳米免疫检测技术的研究开发三个方向。干细胞方面近年来主要致力于胚胎干细胞及其相关神经等分化细胞表面标志物的寻找及其分子机理的研究,以及胚胎干细胞定向诱导分化及其相关机理的研究。肿瘤方面近来来主要致力于妇女宫颈癌致癌病毒乳头瘤状病毒HPV的致癌和逃逸机制的研究,以及对HPV检测、预防和治疗性抗体药物及其疫苗的研究等。纳米检测方面主要致力于金属、磁性和荧光量子点等纳米材料的制备、修饰、表征及其在生物检测等方面的应用研究等。""
