"近年来一直从事基因工程和生物催化相关课题研究,包括:高活性表达催化用酶工程菌的构建,以提高菌株品质为目标的工业菌株的基因改造,T7系统稳定性研究及通用表达平台的构建等。这些技术主要用于工业菌株改造,针对关系到国计民生的医药工业用酶的高效、低成本制备,致力于研发以生物技术为基础的绿色环保工艺。"近期论文
