近年来主要的研究兴趣为高品质电子束的产生、操控、诊断和应用,包括:\r
\r
  研发新的电子源,运用新的光阴极材料,通过对超快激光的时间-空间-频谱整形以及对电子束自身动态演化的控制,产生亮度更高、品质更好的电子束;\r
\r
  研发先进的电子光学系统,以及基于微波、太赫兹、激光和新材料的器件,对电子束的相空间进行精确操控和诊断;\r
\r
  直接利用高亮度的电子束(超快电子衍射和成像等),或由电子束产生的电磁辐射(太赫兹、EUV、X射线等),作为超高时间-空间-能量-动量分辨探针或先进制造工具,在量子材料、化学、生物、材料、能源、高能量密度物理等学科的基础研究和半导体芯片产业的制造与检测中开拓新的应用。"
