分别于山东大学齐鲁医学院、中国食品药品检定研究院和新加坡国立大学获学士、硕士和Ph.D.学位。后于美国西北太平洋国家实验室Richard D. Smith组从事生物质谱和代谢组学的博士后研究。2012年受聘于美国德克萨斯大学西南医学中心任研究助理教授、儿童研究所代谢组学平台技术主任。2016年12月起任清华大学药学院准聘系列PI、特别研究员。研究领域
""药物新靶标的鉴定(发现与确证)是原创药物研发的关键,也是严重制约当前新药研发的关键瓶颈,亟需实现突破性发展。近年来越来越多的研究证明,除糖尿病、心血管疾病等典型代谢性疾病以外,绝大多数重大疾病,如癌症、病毒性传染病、免疫性疾病、神经退行性疾病等都与代谢异常密切相关。因此,针对疾病代谢异常的功能与分子机制进行深入研究,可以回答重要的基础代谢生物学问题,精准、高效地发现具有治疗靶标潜力的关键通路或分子,为转化医学和药物研发提供重要的潜在药物靶标。代谢组学、代谢流分析和多组学整合分析技术可以对代谢异常进行无偏差的全景式分析,并对其异常通路及分子机制进行深入研究,已经发展成为代谢研究的关键技术手段。""""近期论文
