个人简历
陈虹,清华大学集成电路学院,教授,博导。2005年毕业于清华大学电子工程系,获工学博士学位。分别于2006.2~6和2016.4~2017.3在美国Nebraska大学医学院和佐治亚理工做访问学者。IEEE高级会员,IEEE异步电路国际会议(ASYNC)技术委员会委员(唯一中国人),担任2023年ASYNC大会主席(中国大陆首次)、国际期刊IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Circuits and Systems副主编(Associate Editor)、清华学报英文版Tsinghua Science and Technology的 客座编辑(Guest Editor)、中国中医药研究促进会中医人工智能装备分会的副会长等。研究领域
研究方向为极低功耗电路与系统,包括异步电路设计、亚阈值电路设计、基于多传感器的数据融合技术及图像识别技术、异步神经网络加速器、异步脉冲神经网络等。研究成果主要应用于低功耗人工膝关节置换术中无线压力检测系统(已产业化)、低功耗人工髋关节置换术中无线姿态检测系统,低功耗无线通信基带电路、高能效异步神经网络加速器,以及其他医疗电子领域等。""近期论文
