2000年7月 博士研究生毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所,获博士学位;

1995年7月开始在曲阜师范大学物理系工作,历任 助教(1995)、讲师(1997)、副教授(2000)、教授(2006),硕士生导师(2007),博士后合作导师(2010),博士生导师(2012), 物理工程学院副院长(2013), 期间:

教学任务
主要从事本科生、研究生基础课和专业课的教学工作,主讲过的课程有热力学与统计物理、固体物理、光电子技术与光纤通信、半导体物理学、光电材料与器件、固体光电性质、现代物理选讲等。主持热力学与统计物理校级精品课程建设。
