个人简历
教授、博士生导师、海洋科学与生物工程学院院长、青岛科技大学十大杰出青年、青岛科技大学教育先锋、归国留学人员。主要围绕核酸检测中的信号识别和信号放大等关键问题,开展了核酸快速和高灵敏检测关键技术研究以及核酸等温检测新技术及其应用研究。在RNA一步法检测理论研究方面取得重大进展,并基于此构建了全新的 RNA 一步法等温扩增技术平台-SEA,并将这一系列成果分别发表在《美国化学会志》和《化学通讯》上,打破了原有DNA合成方法的认知。发明了多种等温均相核酸检测新方法,将核酸检测应用于食品安全与分子诊断领域,部分科研成果实现转化,开发出了一系列的荧光和比色的核酸检测试剂盒,并应用于食品中的致病微生物检测。2019年,新冠疫情爆发后,带领团队国内第一批推出核酸快速检测方案,成功研发新冠病毒核酸检测试剂盒并获得欧盟CE认证。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,国家自然科学基金青年基金1项,首届山东省自然科学基金重大基础研究项目1项和山东省科技发展计划等多项课题。近年来,以第一作者或通讯作者在 “J. Am. Chem. Soc.”, “Clin. Chem.”, “Anal. Chem.”, “Chem. Commun.”和“Biosens. Bioelectron.”等国际高水平学术期刊上发表SCI论文40余篇。申请国家发明专利12项,授权5项。研究领域
