研究领域


通过非平衡热力学过程来制备、改性、组装纳米结构和器件:
(1)低维纳米功能材料的制备和气体传感器等方面的研究;
(2)通过高能能量束辐照诱导低维纳米结构在纳尺寸和纳时间尺度上不稳定性和不同低维纳米结构交互作用及焊接等方面的研究
