关丽丽，女，1985年7月生，黑龙江齐齐哈尔市人，群众，博士，讲师。就职于硕士内蒙古科技大学材料与冶金学院。1、工作简历2004年9月——2008年7月年在燕山大学应用化学专业攻读学士学位；2008年9月——2010年7月在哈尔滨工业大学无机化学专业攻读硕士学位；2010年9月——2016年7月在哈尔滨工业大学化学工程与技术学科攻读博士学位；2016年9月——至今就职于内蒙古科技大学材料与冶金学院材料化学系。2、科研成果承担内蒙古科技大学创新基金项目，参与国际合作项目、国防基础科研、国家自然科学基金项目及多项开发项目。目前发表陶瓷领域SCI论文5篇，其中作为第一作者发表于ElectrochimicaActa、Journalof the European Ceramic Society等TOP期刊。（1）氧化物陶瓷电解质的烧结与离子传导特性研究基于氧化铈基电解质的高温烧结，采用氧化铋掺杂剂降低电解质的烧结温度，并对材料的致密活化能及离子传导过程进行了深入的研究。（2）固体氧化物燃料电池研究固体氧化物燃料电池电极材料及微观结构对电池性能的影响。（3）陶瓷闪烧技术研究对材料施加直流电场，降低烧结的炉体温度、缩短烧结时间，在低温短时间的条件下获得致密陶瓷结构，并对闪烧机理进行研究，同时拓展闪烧技术在陶瓷烧结领域的应用。3、主要承担的科研项目内蒙古科技大学创新基金(2017-2018)。
