个人简历


2007年7月毕业于中国科学院固体物理研究所,获博士学位,攻读博士学位期间,曾到香港中文大学进行学术交流与合作。自2007年7月起,在南开大学工作;2008年4-6月,在新加坡南洋理工大学做访问学者;2013年4月-2014年6月,在University of Texas at Dallas做访问研究员。

研究领域


1. 石墨烯、类石墨烯结构准二维功能电子材料的电子结构、磁性、表面与界面性质以及在电子器件和储能领域的应用; 2. 自旋电子材料、半导体及其异质结构的性能调控及在电子/光电子器件方面的应用; 3.过渡金属化合物材料的催化性质及催化机理; 4. 机器学习和深度学习应用于新型功能电子材料和器件的设计。
