学科方向\t 药物标靶的疾病分子机制研究
宁文教授,南开大学生命科学学院教授。1988年毕业于南京大学生物系,获学士学位。1994年毕业于南京大学生物系,获博士学位。毕业后留校并聘为副教授。1997-1998在香港科技大学生物系做访问学者。2000-2005年在美国Pittsburgh 大学医学中心做博士后,主要从事吸烟与肺损伤和吸烟引起慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的分子机制的研究。在国际学术刊物上发表论文14篇,其中以第一作者发表9篇。2005年回国,受聘为南京大学模式动物研究所教授。2008年8月后受聘为南开大学生命科学院教授。2006年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才计划,现主持国家自然基金和科技部973等课题项目。目前主要研究内容为:1)利用Fstl1基因全身敲除小鼠模型和各种Fstl1基因诱导型定向敲除小鼠模型,研究早期肺发育的过程和肺干细胞定向分化为各种肺上皮细胞的机制。2)建立多种肺疾病(如:肺纤维化;哮喘和急性肺损伤)动物模型,以Fstl1为切入点研究多种信号通路在损伤发生过程中的调控机制。3) 纤维化疾病抗体药物或小分子药发现。
