学科方向\t 药物设计的结构基础龙加福,教育部新世纪优秀人才,第十三届天津青年科技奖获得者。1999年06月获南开大学生物化学学士学位,2004年08月获香港科技大学生物化学博士学位,2004年09月在香港科技大学开始博士后训练。博士学位及博士后研究都是在张明杰院士的指导下完成。龙加福教授自2007年01月独立主持实验室以来,运用多学科交叉的手段和方法系统地研究蛋白质或复合物的结构与功能,现主要研究方向是基因表达调控与疾病,相对系统的研究了组蛋白修饰复合物的装配机理及染色质变构的调节机制。研究成果阐明了参与组蛋白修饰的Elongator复合物装配的分子机制和PAF1复合物特异识别组蛋白底物的作用机理。揭示了染色质变构因子SATB1多聚化的分子机制及其多聚化参与调节染色质高级结构的可能作用机理。从生物化学及结构生物学的角度推动了多蛋白功能复合物参与基因表达调控的表观遗传学机制,为科学发展做出了一定贡献。主持973计划子课题、国家自然科学基金、天津市自然科学基金重点项目等。科研论文主要发表在Nat Struct Mol Biol、PNAS、Cell Res、Angew Chem Int Ed、Nucleic Acids Res、Structure和JBC等国际知名杂志。研究领域
