学科方向\t 药物靶标的疾病分子机制研究洪章勇教授,1997年本科毕业于中国科技大学应用化学系,获学士学位。同年推荐至中科院上海有机化学研究所,2002年毕业获有机化学博士学位,博士期间从事天然产物有机合成研究。随后于2003到2008期间,在美国Scripps研究所化学生物学系进行博士后训练,师从美国科学院院士Chi-Huey Wong教授(Wolf奖得主),从事糖化学与生物学方面的研究,以及蛋白质的基因工程方面的研究。2009年加入到南开大学生命科学学院,从事生物医药方面的研究,现为南开大学生命科学学院教授,生物化学与分子生物学系主任,博士生导师。目前承担国家自然科学基金和天津市科技支撑计划重点项目多项,主持南开大学新药创制计划,参与多项国家科技部973项目研究。洪章勇实验室主要研究方向是生物技术药物研究,侧重蛋白质/多肽以及它们的缀合物类的药物,通过综合利用化学与生物的技术,发展有临床治疗潜力的药物及疫苗。具体如下:1. 抗肿瘤靶向药物研究,包括免疫毒素类药物,设计毒素蛋白与靶向抗体偶联,进行抗肿瘤的治疗;光敏药物,设计新型的光敏化合物,并通过抗体/多肽的修饰实现肿瘤的特异传输,进行肿瘤高选择性的光动力治疗。2.环状活性多肽库的构建及用于药物的高通量筛选:发展基于mRNA展示高通量筛选技术,结合化学修饰手段,构建大容量高稳定的环肽环肽化合物,用于生物学用途的筛选。3.疫苗的研究:发展基于酵母多糖为载体的抗原递呈新方法,能同时高效激活体液免疫和细胞免疫,用于治疗性疫苗的开发。研究领域
