学科方向\t 药物标靶的疾病分子机制研究
陈凌懿教授,南开大学生命科学学院教授。1999.7北京大学生物化学与分子生物学专业,获得学士学位,2004.12美国西北大学生物化学专业,获得博士学位,2005.1—2008.1美国哈佛大学博士后,2009.4--至今南开大学生命科学学院教授、博导。研究方向:胚胎干细胞多能性维持的分子机制;小鼠早期胚胎发育的分子调控调控制;家族性甲状腺肿瘤的致病基因和机理。陈凌懿教授的研究目标是阐明胚胎干细胞多能性维持和分化,以及早期胚胎发育中的转录编程的调控机制。受精卵可以从一个细胞通过分裂和分化形成机体中的所有类型的细胞。同一机体的所有细胞中基因组DNA携带的遗传物质都相同,但不同细胞对遗传信息的解读方式(即转录编程)不同,从而导致基因表达谱、细胞表型和命运的差异。转录因子、表观遗传修饰、非编码RNA和信号传导通路都参与了转录编程的调控。陈凌懿教授关注在多能细胞自我更新和分化过程中(包括胚胎干细胞的自我更新和分化;受精卵发育到囊胚,然后形成原始三胚层)转录编程的调控机制。
此外,陈凌懿教授还对家族性甲状腺肿瘤的遗传机制进行研究,以期找出其致病基因,并阐明这些致病基因在甲状腺肿瘤发生、发展中以及正常甲状腺发育中的作用。
