个人简历
1978.10~1984.12月在北京航空学院材料系金属腐蚀与防护专业读本科和研究生,获硕士学位;1985年1月毕业分配到南昌航空工业学院金属腐蚀与防护专业从事教学与科研工作,1995年晋升副教授,2000年晋升为教授。曾获航空总公司部级科技进步三等奖,“航空工业十佳优秀教师”称号。2003年7月调入南开大学信息技术学院光电子所,参加国家863重点项目“铜铟硒太阳能薄膜电池试验平台与中试线”课题的研究。目前主要从事化合物材料及光电器件的研究。研究领域
