研究涉及有机化学、化学生物学、细胞生物学,通过有机合成反应设计及合成新型荧光探针,构建能够对神经退行性致病蛋白质、生物活性小分子、金属离子、食品有害物质等实现荧光信号响应识别的探针,制备纳米荧光探针微球提高探针在纯水体系中的分散性,将探针应用于活细胞内及活体内的靶向示踪与成像,为药物研发提供示踪方法

主要从事有机光电功能材料,有机小分子荧光探针,生物活性小分子检测,生物靶向示踪成像等方面的研究
