1994.7本科毕业于南京医科大学预防医学专业,毕业后至今在南京师范大学从事教学科研工作,工作同时继续深造,2000.8硕士毕业于南京农业大学食品科学专业,2010.12博士毕业于南京农业大学食品科学专业,2013.7-2014.7美国宾西法尼亚州立大学访问学者

研究领域


食品安全与质量控制,目前主要从事食源性致病菌应激响应、肉品中腐败菌及致病菌快速检测、肉品腐败及防腐
