1992 年获英国 Newcastle 大学博士学位。1992至 2012 年任职英国洛桑研究所,先后任研究员、资深研究员。担任生态环境部土壤生态环境保护专家咨询委员会委员、农村农业部土壤污染防治技术指导委员会成员。
