个人简历
李孝刚,男,教授,博士生导师。江苏省杰出青年基金获得者。主要从事土壤微生物生态、森林退化机制以及病害防治等方面研究。2016-2017年,荷兰皇家科学院生态研究所访问学者;2019-至今,南京林业大学高层次人才引进计划任教授。迄今,在国内外主流期刊共发表论文50多篇,其中在ISME J、Soil Biol Biochem、Plant Soil等发表SCI论文40余篇;参编著作3部,申请国家发明专利6项,获省科技进步二等奖1项。先后承担国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑计划专题、江苏省自然科学基金、国家重点研究计划等多项。招生专业及方向:生态学。欢迎生态学、环境科学、林学、生物科学、微生物学、分子生物学等相关专业的学生报考。优秀研究生将选派到国外知名大学和研究机构开展交流和学习!课题组信息:7.课题组与南京师范大学戴传超教授合作在微生物生态学领域顶级期刊The ISME Journal(IF=10.9)发表题为“Mycelial network-mediated rhizobial dispersal enhances legume nodulation”研究论文,首次发现了土壤真菌与根瘤菌协同互作在豆科植物根部节瘤中的作用,证实了真菌菌丝是根瘤菌根际趋化的重要媒介,研究结果为提高豆科植物根瘤能力提供了新的思路。6.课题组最新在农林科学一区期刊 Plant and Soil 发表题为Peanut plant growth was altered by monocropping-associated microbial enrichment of rhizosphere microbiome研究论文,揭示了根际微生物种群对植物健康的影响机制,李孝刚为第一作者、通讯作者。5.课题组与荷兰皇家科学院生态研究所Wietse DE Bore教授合作在环境微生物顶级期刊Environmental Microbiology 发表题为Volatile‐mediated antagonism of soil bacterial communities against fungi研究论文,揭示出群落水平上土壤细菌与真菌的互作机制,李孝刚为第一作者。论文链接:https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/1462-2920.148084.欢迎余李、朱宏广2位新同学加入3.课题组与荷兰相关微生物生态学家合作,应邀在FEMS Microbiology Ecology发表题为Pathogen suppression by microbial volatile organic compounds in soils综述性论文,课题组李孝刚教授为通讯作者2. 李孝刚教授应邀加入微生物生态学期刊《FEMS Microbiology Ecology》编委(IF=4.2,二区):https://academic.oup.com/femsec/pages/Editorial_Board1.李孝刚作为主要合作者在mBio(IF=7.27)发表研究论文: https://mbio.asm.org/content/10/4/e00728-19.abstract项目支持江苏省杰出青年基金项目国家自然基金委面上项目国家重点研究计划近期论文
