个人简历

个人简介：卜素，女，博士，现任南京林业大学生物与环境学院副教授。2004年毕业于香港中文大学生物化学系获博士学位。曾在日本天野酶制剂有限公司(日本最大的酶制剂生产研发公司)的岐阜中央研究所工作近三年。 2005年至2009年在美国阿拉巴马大学伯明翰分校做博士后研究工作。之后继续留校任高级研究员工作直至回国。2014年4月至今在南京林业大学工作。

研究领域

主要从事应用微生物，生物转化，分子生物学和生物医学领域的教学和科研工作。研究课题主要就一些环境、食品工业中的工业酶的生化功能、催化机理、工业化应用进行深入的研究，例如用定向进化法选育优质工业用木糖降解途径中的关键酶，酶的高通量筛选和高效表达、改造及工业化生产的发酵工艺优化。在美国留学和工作期间主要开展和人类疾病相关的生物医学领域的研究。如以果蝇作为模型，分析，鉴别进化保守基因对能量代谢的调节机理；用分子及生化手段研究口腔副血链球菌(蛀牙，牙班形成菌之一)分泌糖化蛋白Fap1的途经及机理。近期开展林果的生物转化及其功能性产物对增进人类健康机理的基础和应用研究。
