个人简介
Dr. M.T Ahvanooey joined as a Faculty Member to the Institute of Multimedia Information Processing, School of Information Management, Nanjing University (NJU), China, In December 2019. He completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science (subdiscipline Cybersecurity Engineering) at Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NJUST), China, in December 2019. He is involving some research projects focusing on the applications of Machine learning in Cyberspace security. Dr. Ahvanooey has been distinguished as one of the top three Ph.D. talents for the China Scholarship Council Elite Outstanding award at NJUST, in October 2019. Moreover, he has published several SCI indexed articles in prestigious journals such as , IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEEE IT Professional, IEEE (Computer) Magazine, Computers & Security (Elsevier), etc. His research interests include Machine Learning, Text Mining & Retrieval, Applied Cryptography, Information Hiding, Malware Analysis, Smartphones, and IoT Security.

Dr. M.T. Ahvanooey was a full time Instructor & IT Specialist with the Department of Computer Science, Ministry of Education, Damghan City, Iran, from August 2010 to August 2016. Also, He has been teaching some computer science subjects such as Fundamentals of Computer Science and Programming, Advanced Programming II, Data Structures, Algorithm Design & Analysis, Research Methods, and Academic Writing, Electronic Commerce and so on, at the School of Mathematics and Computer Sciences, Damghan University, Iran, from September 2014 to June 2016 as a Part-time Instructor. In addition to his academic experiences, He was a Senior Java Programmer with the MTAH Software company and has developed several Android apps (+70) released on Android App Stores such as Cafebazaar.ir, Myket.ir, etc.

Ahvanooey for his achievements and contributions during his PhD study at NJUST, China, 23 October 2019, i.e., there exist only three PhD CSC ELITE Outstanding awards in each chinese university per academic year.
2) Third-Class-Prize (Bronze Cup), Dr. M.T. Ahvanooey participated in the International Innovation and Startup Competition of Students of Hundreds Chinese Universities, and his project named AITSteg Messenger got the Third-Class prize among 110 different projects from all over the China. This event has been held by the Nanjing Department of Human Resources and Social Security BUREAU in Nanjing Tech area on 27-29 June 2019.
