近年来主要从事有关人类肠道致病菌基因表达研究,首次发现伤寒沙门菌的z66鞭毛抗原的编码基因并揭示其具有二相鞭毛基因的分子遗传学特性;建立了伤寒沙门菌全基因组DNA芯片分析系统,并应用于伤寒沙门菌高渗应激下基因组表达变化研究,发现并验证了PhoP、OmpR、Mig14,RpoE与RpoS对伤寒沙门菌侵袭相关的毒性基因表达调节作用;利用高通量序列分析结合分子细菌学方法,发现并验证了一系列新的沙门菌非编码RNA,并揭示其在沙门菌中的功能和作用特性。近期论文
