个人简历

蔡莉，党员，教授。博士毕业于北京大学；管理科学与工程博士后；国家公派留学基金访问学者，教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心（教育部学位中心）通讯评议专家。主要涉及自组织创业行为与创新管理、组织演化等内容；主要讲授战略管理等课程。截至2017年底，主持国家、省部级、市厅级项目多项；发表中、外学术论文数篇，专著1部，英文教材1部，指导大创及科研立项多项。
