个人简历


吴政博士,2011年毕业于复旦大学生命科学院,同年进入宾夕法尼亚州立大学,师从原位神经再生先驱者陈功教授,进行博士后学习,并于2016年8月晋升为该校研究型助理教授,2020年9月全职加入暨南大学粤港澳中枢神经再生研究院,担任研究组长。目前,着手开发第二代原位细胞重编技术,在补充功能性神经元的基础上,纠正或减低致病基因的表达。已经参与完成多项NIH和Alzheimer association的基金项目,先后在Nature Communications, Cell Stem Cell和Molecular Neurodegeneration等杂志上发表多篇研究论文,并获得5项美国发明专利。
