1. 微塑料纳米粒子污染将激光束聚焦在一个几十纳米的狭小区域,将该激光共聚焦区送达到细胞内指定位置进而捕获光子信息,然后将这些信息进行自相关数学处理从的得到我们想要的观测物数据,这就是激光荧光相关谱技术。微塑料纳米粒子在细胞内到底是如何分布?在哪些区域含量高?能否进入细胞核?传统技术很难捕获这些信息。本研究旨在通过激光荧光相关谱等先进光学技术,研究微塑料纳米粒子在生物体细胞内的分布。2. 大分子拥挤微环境下的生物反应现实的生物反应发生在大分子拥挤环境中,如细胞间质,细胞质,黏膜等存在着大量的生物大分子,DNA,RNA,蛋白质,纤维等。该大分子拥挤微环境对于其中的生物反应有着重要影响,然而当今的实验室研究往往忽略了微环境的影响因素。本研究旨在研究大分子拥挤微环境对于微塑料污染的影响近期论文
