个人简历

厦门大学理学学士和硕士，新加坡国立大学博士，新加坡生物医药研究院资深博士后，福建省“闽江学者”教授，集美大学水产学院教授，博士生导师；原华中农业大学水产学院教授（2013-2020），博士生导师，湖北省楚天学者，鱼类遗传育种课题组组长。主要以基因编辑技术进行鱼类的性别分化和抗病毒病基因的功能解析及应用研究。迄今为止，主持国家自然科学基金项目、国家重点基础研究项目子项目、校高层次人才引进项目、学校创新项目、发育生物学平台建设项目、特色学科项目等6项，研究结果在Nucleic Acids Res，Proc Natl Acad Sci USA，Endocrinology，Front Genet, Int J Mol Sci, J Transl Med., J Fish Dis等期刊发表SCI论文30篇，SCI引用1900多次，授权国内外发明专利4项。参加国内外学术会议及研究院校的口头报告40余次；已经或正在培养的博士和硕士30余名；主讲本科生课程《鱼类发育生物学》、《科研训练：科技论文写作》；担任中国水产学会会员；曾任国际膜外囊泡杂志编委（Journal of Extracellular Vesicles）、国际干细胞协会副会员、新加坡干细胞协会会员、国际膜外囊泡协会会员等。
