个人简历


张剑,男,1977年09月生,副教授。2000年于吉林大学物理系固体物理专业获理学学士学位,2006年于吉林大学超硬材料国家重点实验室凝聚态物理专业获理学博士学位,2008年10月被聘为副教授。主要研究方向为新型低维材料与高压相变。已发表SCI论文30余篇,被他引200余次。目前在系统开展IIIA、IVA族元素氧化物及羟基氧化物低维结构的合成及高压相变研究。
