1、生物质加工改性与利用/农产品加工:主要以淀粉、纤维素、壳聚糖和甲壳素等无毒、可再生农业生物质为原料,通过加工改性制备泡沫、薄膜和水凝胶等材料,开发其在缓冲包装、活性食品包装和医用材料等方面的应用;制备生物质纳米颗粒和纳米晶,并对其进行改性修饰,开发其在纳米复合材料、纳米微胶囊、污水处理、乳液稳定剂以及药物控释和靶向药物载体等方面的应用。2、仿生功能表面:基于典型生物体表的微观结构和化学组成与表面功能的关系,以生物质材料为原料,设计和制备超疏水、超疏油、超亲水、超亲油等功能表面,并开发其不同领域的应用。""近期论文
