2008年硕博毕业于吉林大学超硬材料国家重点实验室,曾在美国劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室访学一年。主要从事高压下新型半导体材料的结构及典型半导体材料中杂质行为的理论研究,先后承担高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金(新教师类,结题)、国家自然科学基金青年基金(结题)及面上项目(在研)各1项。在Physical Review B、Diamond & Related Materials、Scientific Reports、Solid State Communications等期刊上发表了20篇SCI论文。研究领域
