个人简历
卢静,吉林大学食品科学与工程学院食品质量与安全系教授,博士导师。重点是对机体的脂质代谢及免疫功能的影响,相应成果发表在Food Chem Toxicol,Environ Toxicol Phar,Molecules,Lat. Am.
