江向平,二级教授,博士,博士生导师,材料学院党委书记,江西省先进陶瓷材料重点实验室主任,享受国务院特殊津贴,教育部新世纪优秀人才,江西省主要学科学术和技术带头人,江西省“赣鄱英才555工程”领军人才,江西省优秀研究生指导教师,江西省百千万第一、二层次人才、江西省高校中青年学科带头人。主持国家自然科学基金项目7项,其中主持国家自然科学基金重大研究计划项目1项,主持教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划1项、江西省主要学科带头人项目1项、江西省自然科学基金重点项目1以及其他项目10余项。先后在欧洲陶瓷会刊、美国陶瓷会刊、中国科学等国内外著名期刊发表学术论文150多篇,其中100余篇被SCI、EI收录。获江西省科学技术进步一等奖、江西省自然科学三等奖、江西省高等学校科学技术成果一、二、三等奖各1项。江向平教授是国家自然科学基金委员会评委,《无机材料学报》、《硅酸盐学报》等期刊通信评审专家,中国硅酸盐学会特种陶瓷分会理事,中国硅酸盐学会测试分会理事,江西省物理学会常务理事。研究领域
