2005年毕业于华中科技大学获光学工程博士学位,随后赴新加坡国立大学从事微电子(光电子)机械系统(MEMS/MOEMS)技术领域的研究工作,历任研究员和高级研究员。现为新加坡科技局微电子研究院研究员、项目负责人(PI),同时担任新加坡国立大学机械工程系客座助理教授。研究领域
