个人简历
2009年9月至2014年6月在四川大学生物治疗国家重点实验室学习,获得医学博士学位,2014年7月至2018年5月在华中科技大学同济药学院从事博士后研究,2018年5月至今任同济药学院生物药学系讲师,目前承担《药理学》的理论和实验课程教学。在Nucleic Acids Research,Angewandte Chemie-International Edition, Organic Letters和Cellular Physiology and Biochemistry等学术期刊上发表SCI论文20余篇,其中第一作者/共同第一作者论文9篇(IF>10论文两篇,10>IF>5论文两篇)。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金一项,中国博士后科学基金面上项目一项,华中科技大学博士后科学基金和人才引进基金各一项,申请专利一项。研究领域
1. 肿瘤生物学:采用分子细胞生物学、分子生物学、遗传学及肿瘤模式动物等手段,研究肿瘤的分子病理机制,以期发现新的药物治疗靶点 2. 肿瘤药理学:基于癌症分子病理机制的探索,开发直接或间接靶向恶性肿瘤的药物或治疗新策略,并在临床前研究中利用体内外肿瘤模型评价其疗效和安全性 3. 新药筛选与活性评价技术平台构建:开发新的方法、技术,用来筛选和评价具有抗肿瘤、免疫调节、代谢调节等活性的新药近期论文
