个人简历

荷兰乌特勒支大学心理学博士，北京大学心理学硕士，华南师范大学心理学学士。于2016-2019期间在清华大学公共管理学院从事博士后研究。目前的研究议题涉及代表性官僚、机构与信息透明、智能治理、遵从行为等。此外，还关注贡献于解决经济社会发展中难题、促进可持续发展的各类社会创新模式，目前的研究兴趣主要集中在以社会影响力债券为代表的公共服务供给创新模式。

Summary
Dr. Xiaoqian Li obtained her PhD in Soical Psychology at Utrecht University, M.A. in Cognitive Neuroscience at Peking University, and B.A. in Applied Psychology at South China Normal University. She worked as a Postdoc in School of Public Policy and Management at Tsinghu University during 2016-2019. Her research fits in the research area of Behavioral Public Administration (https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1111/puar.12609). Her research tries to understand how people interact with institutions and technologies, namely how institutions and technologies shape people's mind and behviaor, and how people's behavior reshapes institutions and technologies. Her past research has focused on rules and red tape, representation and representative bureaucracy, transparency, e-government and so on. She is also interested in social innovation models that can untangle pressing social problems and promote sustainable development.
Students are welcome to work with Dr. Li either as master students or as research assistants.
